A steep block & a large family meant we had to use the available space wisely.
Under the house, was added an office, rumpus which doubles as a theatre, a cellar, a power room and etc storage. This addition opens out onto a deck which features a curved handrail. The kitchen was replaced and extended, bedrooms adapted and entry opened up to create an open living.
The addition of a 3rd level, adds a main bedroom and retreat with WIR and ensuite. This home was re-wired with Clipsal C-BUS.
Surrounded by gum trees this home makes you feel like you are in a tree house.
