Ross St, Armidale

Architect designed to capture sun, sun & more sun!!

3 pavilions angled and linked by a southern hall that extends along the length of the house.  Externally clad in iron with polish concrete floors and simple paint palette of greys, warm whites, timber and a touch of burnt red.

A central living and kitchen area accommodated in the central pavilion.  Bedrooms, office and bathroom in the eastern pavilion and in the western pavilion is garage, entry, guest bedroom and bathroom and a lovely open sunny laundry.  Every room feels the effects of the northern sun.  Something that is treasured in the New England winter!

The bathrooms are unique and simply set out with a quirky design of housing the shower rose at the end near the glass window.  Gorgeous tiles make the bathrooms a knock out for fresh inspiration.

A simple galley kitchen that follows the grey and timber palette featuring a Caesarstone bench top in London Grey and a handy walk in pantry.  This all makes for great interaction while cooking.

Each bedroom follows the trend of full glass walls on the Northern side facing the garden, you certainly don’t feel like its situated in town.

This home will be a pleasure to live in!
